About Us

Our History

In 1947, my father David Lieboner founded a small construction company in Phoenix, Arizona.  In the early 1950’s it evolved into a large electrical construction company that served the entire state in both commercial and residential building.  As I came of age, I continued the business for these many years and have been  licensed as a general contractor since 1986.  My wife, Suzanne, and I  have continued the legacy started by Dave Sr. with honesty and integrity through many satisfied customers of new custom homes, renovations and additions.  Every project, regardless of size is personally managed and supervised with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.  We work with a team that encompasses all facets of construction ... time tested subcontractors, designers, architects, CKDs (Certified Kitchen Designers), civil and structural engineers to name a few.  Our ultimate outcome in any project is to create living environments that exceed our client's expectations.
